The player from Ireland has repeatedly requested account closure due to a gambling problem, but has not received a response despite contacting live chat, the VIP manager, and sending multiple emails. He feels disregarded as his account remains open.
I have asked to close account,i asked live chat and the vip manager several times,i emailed several times too the point ive gave up asking.I even told them i wanted it closed to a gambling problem they even sent me a questionaire that i replied too and now days later they havnt closed it and i kept asking but was fobbed off.
