Hi yes I sent customer support over 40 emails they say processing delays due to high volume of transactions sometimes they say your money is safe you will get soon always different answers they lie all the time nobody gives you straight forward answers , it’s almost 18 days still didn’t get my money I forwarded to you 2 emails customer support sent me that’s just 2 email like I said I have gotten back over 40 emails with answers like that
