The player from Argentina deposited USDT on the BSC chain two days ago at Stake Joker, but the funds have not been credited to his account. He submitted a support ticket through their 24/7 live support email, but has not received a response yet.
I deposited 2 days ago on Stake Joker using USDT on BSC chain, even tho its a really fast chain, the money never arrived my account.
Right after not being credited i sent them a support ticket through their supposed 24/7 live support email but to this day i didnt even got an answer
Since this issue should be a simple check and credit and shouldnt take this long, i think casino guru should take action on ensuring the credit happens
