September 15: I initiated a withdrawal from my account.


Shortly After: I received an email from your KYC team requesting verification. I promptly responded and submitted all requested documents, including a PDF copy, from my registered email.


September 19: I received an email stating my withdrawal request had been rejected due to bonus terms. I was also informed that I needed to meet certain wagering requirements to access the remaining balance.


Upon contacting live support, I was told the funds were debited due to the BETWELCOME bonus. I clarified that I did not use or intend to use any casino bonus. I also explained my personal circumstances at the time.


I was then sent a statement claiming I had violated bonus terms, including "restricted gameplay," "sudden changes in betting pattern," or "bets above the allowed limit." I deny all these allegations. I have not placed repeated or multiple bets or breached any rules knowingly.

Account Access:

My account is not restricted, but the casino has debited all my winnings without any valid reason.


Bonus Information:

I did not claim or use any welcome bonus. However, the casino falsely claimed that I used a "betwelcome" bonus.

I only played using my own deposited money and a free sports bet, which I can provide a screenshot of as proof.


Games Played:

I played sports bets and Teen Patti using my real deposited funds. I never used any casino bonus balance for these games.


Gameplay Description:

I always played with my own real money, not with any bonus. My betting activity was normal and followed the casino’s terms and conditions.

I had a very bad experience with Sportospin Casino.

They unfairly deducted €898 from my account balance of €1222, claiming that I violated bonus terms.

In their own reply, they only mentioned 3 bets (worth around €675) as violations — but they took all my winnings, including my real money balance.


I placed a total of 9 sports bets, and 6 of them were completely fair and followed all rules.

Still, Sportospin removed all my winnings without reason.


After checking, I found that their Curaçao license (365/JAZ) has already expired in August 2024.

So they are currently operating without a valid license, which is very concerning.


I have already shared all screenshots and proofs with their support, but they refuse to return my fair winnings.

This casino is not trustworthy — they misuse bonus terms to take player winnings.

Please understand that you had a sports bonus active, and the casino accused you of breaching terms related to your sports betting activity. We are unable to intervene.
