Splash coins has taken advantage of me multiple times. Over a month ago I addressed with them that I was having a mental health crisis due to gambling. At that time, I asked them to close my account a couple weeks later they offered me SC to come back. I then lost $2000 when I asked for a partial refund of $1500. They denied all wrongdoing and stood firm on no refund to then offer me 500 SC which I accepted because they would not give me a refund and I hoped to be able to at least win some of my money back. Just yesterday I played and lost another $620 and asked for that to be refunded because I believe they are conditioning players and then turning down the RTP they stand firm again on a refund after I told them I will not accept SC anymore and now they will not respond to any messages. I believe they’re at fault because when I stated I was having a mental health crisis. My account should’ve been terminated and I should not have had access any longer please see what you can do to help me with this situation. I do have some of the emails still thank you.
