Hello,

This casino group from Green Champions are all a fraud and will lie and find any excuse to not pay out.

After Nalu casino, Emberbet, now they are trying to not pay me out here.

I have used a deposit bonus of 200% which came with an additional 500 free spins.

I played the free spins and won 60 euros.

I then started playing and lost the money from bonus of 200%.

I then activated my free spins winnings and had to start wagering again, because this was another bonus with a max win of 100 euros.

I managed to wager and my excess balance was removed and the account showed 100.

I continued to play and asked a withdrawal of 140 euros.

Today, i received an email telling me that the amount of 287 euros was removed due to breach of terms max cash out. I don't know what these 287 euro they are talking about.

But what i understood is that they applied max cash out x3 from the 200 percent bonus, on my free spins winnings... which had a max win of 100 and which was a separated bonus i had to active after and to wager. They removed 65 euros and added 75 on my account.

This casino group is very fraudulent and something has to be done against these scammers. On every of their casino, they use such practises to avoid paying out.

Please help me, i know I'll maybe not have my money but at least i can prevent other players to not play there. I wish i saw your rating from this group here, on lcb they are well noted and lcb people seem to not care about player's warnings.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with SpinTexas Casino.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions so I can better understand the situation.

  • Do I understand correctly that your winnings from free spins were capped twice: first time after the wagering was complete, and the second time after you requested a payout?
  • Were you informed at any point that the bonus terms and conditions apply even after the wagering of the bonus is complete?
  • Could you please share with me your communication with the casino regarding the issue? Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at tomas@casino.guru, or post screenshots here

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas
