The casino assures me that the withdrawal is being processed. Nothing has changed for four days and it's still stuck. I'm getting an email from them saying they're waiting for a payment from the provider to pay me. Yesterday, I received information in the chat that the withdrawal was in the final stages and would be paid out, but today nothing has happened. There are too many lies here, and I'm afraid of winning. Today, the agent told me to close my account. Please help.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.


If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I'd like to point out one thing: I sent all my documents for verification myself because the casino tells me verification isn't necessary for withdrawals. I understand what you're saying, that withdrawals can take up to 14 days, but this contradicts the casino's description, which states that they pay out in 3 to 5 days. Secondly, I'm very concerned because I'm hearing lies from the casino. First, the casino emailed me saying they had to wait for the money from the provider and then they would transfer the money. This is illogical because it makes it seem like the casino doesn't have the money. Secondly, they told me my withdrawal was in the final stages, which is not true. I go to my profile and see that nothing has happened. The next day, they wrote that it was in the early stages of processing, so they're saying something different. Look, all players at this casino are having problems with withdrawals, and something needs to be done about it because this is unacceptable. I have all the proof in my screenshot, and I know what I'm talking about.

I also want to file a lawsuit against the chat staff who are causing me and other players significant stress and anxiety that may be irreversible. The situation is very irritating and stressful for me and other affected players. They paid me 500 euros last week after 7 days of waiting. Now I only get empty messages like this one. I write in the chat and they write the same thing to me. They reply to my emails with the same thing over and over again, they just ignore people. I play at other casinos and I have never seen such ignorance and avoidance of answers in my life. Thank you for finally responding. I can only add that since last week, I've been receiving notifications that my payment is in the final stages. Sometimes I get notifications that there's a delay because the team manually processes each request, causing a bottleneck. So these are two different issues. I don't understand how someone can request a withdrawal for 16 days and then constantly change the version. It seems to me that the casino is out of money and is unable to pay out to the player.
