10 days ago I had opened at this casino , I made deposits of 300€ and then I withdrew 2/6/2025 and since then I had not received any information , when I contacted the casino I was told that they will completely close the casino ( they lie)and they closed my account and I will receive my withdrawal as soon as possible, but as far as I can see the casino is operating normally. Can you please help me to get my money back? It's money I earned and I have receipts.

Hello thank you for your assistance! 🙂

1) I have the email of withdrawal. It was at 2/7/2025 ( I have screenshot)


2) No they don’t ask me for any verification to verify my account.


3)My deposits were not with some kind of bonus , so I don’t need to wager.


4) they say me in 3 working days ( The third day is the Monday that comes 7/7/2025)

But there must have been a misunderstanding , I don't think they are closing the casino but they closed my account , the casino is working normally
