live chat are rude and cut you off, all you get is high influx of withdrawals checking security for false accounts and fob you off with we sincerely apologise about delay we ask you for patience we have notified financial and you are a priority case, but nothing ever materialises we have no contact with financial dept but you will be notified by email, 21 business days is in Terms and conditions I’m now running up to nearly 50 business days

Since the casino is operating without a valid license and does not provide any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, we do not have a gaming authority to turn to for assistance.
