Hi I have withdrawn many times from this site I did a withdrawal for 228 I then a few days later won more I now have 490 in my balance I can't withdraw as the 228 is still pending I'm not getting any reply from them also I have been blocked on chat I think they are holding my deposit so I spend the winnings in my balance as it's been well over a week now

Hi i have not recieved the amount but my card has declined a payment of 228 ?? I'm confused I've canceled my card as fraud I've then gone onto spinland bet and it says payment returned ? I'm not understanding what has happened it says

Hi I really need help

Originally I won the 228 that took two weeks (I never recieved it) I then made a complaint to your selves regarding this

I then have a declined payment try to come FROM my bank of the amount I won ?

I then canceled my bank card as I thought I was being scammed cloned etc

I then went on my spinland bet account and the transaction had said as above returned

I contacted live chat who said my 228 has been returned prom their end ? I said well it's not in my bank or my casino balance

She said it will be soon but in the mean time she has put 50 in my balance (bonus) and said when the 228 goes in withdraw again VIA mastercard or visa so I said ok thanks

So i went on my casino balance my 228 was in there along with the 50

I proceeded to withdraw the 228 (again) and it said I have an active bonus i need to wager before I can withdraw ??? But the 228 was my money in the first place !!!!! So i played got my balance to 228 which was mine tryed to withdraw as it said available for withdrawal 228 so I clicked on withdraw got tge same message

So they have ON PURPOSE PUT 50 bonus in (that I did not ask for ) knowingly i would have to wager the WHOLELOT

Please help me ive now got a zero balance and lost 228 and tgey have blocked me from live chat for no reason whatsoever

I dont know what to do ???

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
