Dear Anthonis29012,
Despite my quite extensive communication with the casino, we were unable to reach a mutual understanding, and the casino maintains its original decision that you breached Clause 11.6, as you have already been informed and as I have highlighted above.
Although, strictly technically speaking, the casino team may have grounds for their action, this does not mean it is in alignment with the fair and transparent practices we advocate for. While casinos are indeed allowed to restrict bonuses for any player at their discretion, this should not be enforced retroactively when winnings have already been won fairly.
Since the casino team was not willing to reconsider their decision, I am forced to close this case as Unresolved – Against Fair Gambling.
I understand that this is far from the outcome you were hoping for, and I truly wish I could bring you better news. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may, over time, encourage the casino to reflect on and improve its approach. This unresolved status will not only negatively impact the casino's Safety Index rating but will also serve as a reference point for other players when evaluating the casino's practices.
Should the casino decide to revisit the matter and handle it appropriately in the future, we would be more than happy to reopen the complaint, and you would be notified by email without delay.
If you wish to pursue your case further, you can contact the Anjouan Gaming (AOFA) Authority and submit a complaint to them. The Gaming Authority might have more options and tools to help players. You can find more information on how to do that here: Licensing Authority – Anjouan Gaming | Casino Guru. You might also find our How to submit a complaint to a regulator | Casino Guru useful.
Please let me know how they responded at michal.k@casino.guru.
I am sorry I could not be of more help on this occasion.
Best regards,
Michal
