The player from United Kingdom has submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day.
I have deposited with spinfin a high amount and yet still to have a single withdrawal.
I asked to withdraw to which I was told it had to be €800 a day . I then found out that only 3 withdrawal requests can be made at one time, which is fine so I continued.
After various efforts trying to contact the casino in their live chat which seems like your talking to AI responses half the time I was advised to upload my documents to verify which will take 24 hours. I did this and after 2 days nothing , I then contacted them again and they advised it can take 10 days to verify! Then I reviewed emails stating my withdrawals have been cancelled!
It should not take long to verify documents and there is no way to speak to the casino over the phone or suited for you its all Ai responses and getting told to wait.
This site is a total scam , im not sure what to do as I have a substantial amount there and to be quire frank Id be happy with my money back and to move on.. but this is a total scam!
