They say on their websites that withdrawals take minutes to 3 days MAX but when I talk to someone they say 96 business hours (12 days) which is wild. They will not give me an accurate time frame as to when I will be receiving this money or why their website has completely false information.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

My account is fully verified and in their terms and conditions it says all withdrawals will be processed within 3 business days. It has now been a week and I still haven't heard anything. Is there anything that can be done?

I still have not received my withdrawal. As stated they marked it as "failed" with no response as to why for at least 24 hours then asked for another document to prove my address (they already had one that they had approved) and still cannot give me a response as to when I should expect to receive it
