Made a deposit using a paysafe voucher, Skrill/Paysafe approved it and I got the email saying it had been deposited but then Spinbit declined the transaction saying it had timed out. The voucher has been used, Paysafe's balance checker confirms it was paid to Spinbit but Spinbit insist they never received the funds and it's not their problem. Their support has refused to properly assist and keeps closing chats saying they can't help and I should just wait and see what happens. They're also saying it's a problem with the paysafe instead of them and it's nothing to do with them.
