I requested a withdrawal more than 5 business days ago, and it is still pending. Customer support keeps telling me to wait 3–5 business days, but that timeframe has already passed. I have contacted support several times, and I only receive the same generic response without any clear explanation or estimated payment date.
This situation is very frustrating. I would appreciate it if Spinbara could process my withdrawal as soon as possible or at least provide a genuine update on the status of my payment. I hope Casino Guru can help resolve this issue. Thank you.
