The player from British Columbia won $750 on March 15 and has been waiting over two weeks for her withdrawal. Despite multiple contacts with customer support, she continues to receive the same response about a surge in withdrawals.
Won $750 on March. 15/26, tried to withdrawl and I still haven't received my winnings, its been over 2 weeks. I have contacted the support through email and fhe live customers numerius times and give me the same anwser, that the are having a suge of withdrawls and for me to be patient.
