I put about 10,000 CZK on Spinarium and it is a legitimate scam site, even the youtuber atx who worked with them admitted it and when I wanted to withdraw the money, instead of 1x wager they gave me 35x wager.

This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. The deposit wagering requirements are usually 1-5x the value of the last deposit, and it isn't anything unfair.
