Spinania Casino - Player’s withdrawal has been delayed.

I want to withdraw 270 RON from this casino. I did not take any bonus, I verified my account, and now they are asking me for photos of my card and all kinds of proof.

I attached the photos and the bank statement, but they rejected them because my name does not appear on it. I have repeatedly tried to explain that it is a virtual card which I use for all kinds of payments, but they do not understand and they do not want to send me my money.

My name does not appear on the virtual card; that is how it is with Revolut.
