The player from the United Kingdom had made a withdrawal request on 7th of January 2024 but, despite receiving a notification email, the funds had not been transferred. The player had sent many emails without getting a response and was told to be patient when using the live chat. This was her first withdrawal attempt and her account was verified. We had attempted to resolve the issue with Spicy Jackpots Casino, however, due to their No Reaction Policy and numerous unresolved cases, we were forced to close the complaint as unresolved. This negatively impacted the casino's rating. Despite our efforts to communicate with the casino, they consistently ignored our attempts to mediate. We recommended the player to avoid this casino in the future.

I made a withdrawal on 7th of Jan 2024 I received an email which I will attach I was then told it takes 21 working days I have sent numerous emails and not had one reply on live chat all I get told is be patient

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from Spicy Jackpots Casino. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues. 

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Spicy Jackpots Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.
