The player from the United Kingdom requested a withdrawal three months ago but faces repeated obstacles with the casino and its support.
Every time I messaged them, they tell me I need to email them my complaint. When I emailed them my complaint it bounces back because there’s something wrong with the email server and I’ve informed them of this and that they still won’t listen and now they refuse to speak to me at all on the chat service. All I want is the money that’s owed to me. I won it Fair and square and they don’t even respond.
