My complaint isn't about a withdrawal, it's about my account being closed overnight. I don't understand why they closed my account for some alleged fraud, especially since it wasn't one of the casinos I deposited the most at. I don't know where they got that information. Anyway, I didn't play much there, or maybe it's because I almost never won, but it upsets me that they closed my account without even giving me a chance to defend myself. They're completely unprofessional.
