Hi there


i believe I have withdrawn previously and I have passed KYC verification. I consciously avoid signing up for bonuses so do not accept that there are restrictions on my withdrawal. There is a reference to an active bonus when I try to withdraw but I do not believe that to be the case. The amount I’m trying to withdraw is £321 (having deposited £300).
