Case summary

The player from Ireland had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hadn’t been received yet. We reviewed the case and found that the casino had already processed several €4,000 withdrawals, which was within its published limits. While concerns had been raised about a “play-to-withdraw” promotion and VIP withdrawal expectations, we did not have sufficient evidence that the casino was refusing to pay winnings or making further gambling mandatory for standard withdrawals. The complaint was therefore closed because the available information did not show a breach of the casino’s withdrawal terms.

I am an elite Obsidian VIP player filing an official dispute against Slots Gallery (Hollycorn N.V.). Slots Gallery is engaging in systemic financial coercion and bad-faith regulatory manipulation by deliberately withholding a verified balance of €73,000 to force mandatory slot machine turnover. The operator's primary defense of external banking constraints is completely invalidated by their own written admissions across the following timeline:

Written Admission of Ransom (File: Oct11_Mission_2): The VIP manager explicitly confirmed the account was fully verified and required no further compliance checks, stating in writing: "We don’t need any additional documentation from you, mate! The only available option is to complete the special mission…" Conditioning a cleared, verified payout on promotional gameplay is a direct violation of international consumer protection laws.

The Backend Contradiction (Files: Oct11_Mission_3,Oct11_Mission_4 and Oct12_Mission_5): The operator repeatedly claims payout speed is dictated by third-party payment provider limits. However, in these files, they explicitly state that completing an internal slot mission has the direct backend power to increase my processing limits "way up x10", "speed things up and cash everything at once", or "twice as high as the standard one." This proves the withdrawal bottlenecks are entirely artificial liquidity brakes controlled manually by the casino backend.

Forced Gamification Under Duress (File: Oct13_Forced_Mission_Activation_Againts_Will): Despite multiple written notices explicitly opting out of all promotions and missions (Files: Oct11_Refusal_Mission_1, Oct11_Refusal_Mission_2, Oct12_Refusal_Mission_3), the operator completely overrode my non-consent by unilaterally forcing an active "Twilight mission" onto my profile under financial duress.

They repeatedly copy-pasted legal jargon claiming their hands were completely tied by strict "third-party payment provider restrictions." However, they then bragged about manually pushing through €8,000 in a single day as a favor, and stated the mission would grant a 10x limit override, twice increase, and everything in a day. They permanently documented on their own CRM servers that their withdrawal bottlenecks are an artificial corporate fiction. They proved they possess the immediate backend dashboard capability to adjust limits and transfer higher sums instantly whenever they choose

The operator is weaponizing its user interface to execute a predatory "Play-to-Withdraw" blackmail scheme, openly violating international licensing mandates and Anti-Money Laundering frameworks - which strictly forbid forcing turnover on fully cleared organic winnings. I request immediate, public mediation to enforce a structured installment schedule for my full €73,000 balance.

Furthermore, the operator systematically deployed bad-faith intimidation and narrative manipulation to enforce compliance, explicitly threatening that I would lose my Obsidian VIP status next month if I left my funds sitting idle while they deliberately manufactured the payout delays and suddenly claiming the "Anti-Fraud Team" had to perform a manual review despite having explicitly confirmed in writing just 24 hours prior that my account was fully verified with zero documentation required. Throughout the timeline, the operator consistently attempted to twist the narrative, alternating between aggressive bluffs, contradictory template loops, and coercive visual distractions designed to break my 0.00% wager velocity. I possess complete, un-erasable full logs of these ongoing behavioral infractions and request immediate public mediation to enforce a structured, accelerated installment schedule of €15,000 per week to completely clear the remaining €73,000 balance

Furthermore, the operator's conduct constitutes a clear, actionable case of false advertising and deceptive trade practices. Slots Gallery explicitly markets its highest-tier Obsidian VIP status with promises of 'custom withdrawal limits' and 'priority withdrawal.' However, the moment a €73,000 apex win was achieved, this elite status was weaponized as a predatory trap. While the casino’s own public Terms and Conditions explicitly state that if the winning amount exceeds the maximum monthly limit, the casino reserves the right to pay the balance in equal installments the operator flatly refused to honor its own contract. As documented in Oct11_Mission_2 and Oct12_Mission_5, the VIP department unilaterally stripped away these advertised privileges. They explicitly stated that a structured installment schedule would be denied unless I waived my rights and engaged in mandatory, high-volatility wagering. The casino uses the elite Obsidian label to attract high-net-worth corporate professionals, but structurally overrides its own written legal terms the moment an organic payout is triggered

Dear salanat,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Thank you for your response! I am not unreasonable or impatient and I asked more than 5 times about a plan for the repayment and received only general scripts and forced mission.

As an Obsidian VIP, I was subjected to all the transgressions documented above, instead of engagement to work on a solution.

This clearly shows bad faith and lack of desire to engage in a cooperative way. I can provide email correspondence backing that I was the only one trying to have constructive discussion honoring their terms and conditions and advertised terms.

I understand your concerns, especially considering the significant amount of €73,000 remaining in your casino account.

However, I would like to clarify the scope of our complaint resolution service and set realistic expectations about what we can assist you with.

Casino Guru does not intervene in matters concerning VIP programs, promotional offers, marketing strategies, or general customer support practices. Casinos are generally entitled to establish their own VIP benefits, promotional conditions, and eligibility requirements. This also includes adjusting your VIP status based on your gambling activity, provided their applicable terms are respected.

Our main concern is ensuring that players receive their legitimate winnings. We can intervene when a casino unfairly refuses or fails to process withdrawals.

We must also consider the casino's established withdrawal limits and reasonable processing times. This is what I found in their terms and conditions.

11.8. The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is €5,000 / $5,000 / $7,500 / A$7,500 / NZ$7,500 / 50,000 NOK / 50,000 INR / USDT 5612.0907BTC 0.069ETH 2.364LTC 96.3872USDC 5605.6325 per day, €10,000 / $10,000 / $15000 / A$15000 / NZ15000 / 100000 NOK / 100000 INR / USDT 11224.1814BTC 0.138ETH 4.7281LTC 192.7743USDC 11211.265 per week and €20,000 / $20,000 / $30,000 / A$30,000 / NZ$30,000 / 200,000 NOK / 2000,000 INR / USDT 22448.3629BTC 0.276ETH 9.4561LTC 385.5487USDC 22422.53 per month, unless otherwise specified in the Terms Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion.

For this reason, I recommend focusing on withdrawing your available balance and opting out of any promotional missions/bonuses.

To better understand your current situation, could you please clarify the following?

  • Have you already submitted a withdrawal request? If so, when was it submitted, and for what amount?
  • Could you please provide a screenshot of your withdrawal history, showing the requested amounts, dates, and current statuses?
  • Is the casino currently preventing you from submitting a withdrawal request?

I appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Our priority is to help ensure that your legitimate balance is paid according to the casino's applicable withdrawal conditions.

Thank you for your response!

I am filing a dispute because the operator is engaging in a predatory "Play-to-Withdraw" scheme that directly violates CasinoGuru's Fair Gambling Codex regarding "Forced Turnover on Cleared Funds".

When the operator claims their hands are tied by the €5,000 site limits, they are acting in bad faith. In their own official corporate emails, they explicitly admitted that completing this internal slot mission gives them the manual backend dashboard power to override those exact limits "way up x10" or "cash everything at once."

This proves the €5,000 bottleneck is being used as a manual liquidity brake and a tool of financial coercion by forcing an active gambling promotion onto a profile against multiple explicit written refusals.

The operator has officially failed to participate in public mediation in a timely manner on a sister platform because they cannot easily find a new, deceptive way to defend their predatory 'Play-to-Withdraw' trap.

I acknowledge that the operator just processed a minor request of €4000. However, I would like to make it clear that I'm looking for an accelerated custom schedule as per the advertised privileges for Obsidian VIP tier and as per their backend dashboard capability.

Thank you for your response, I was under the impression that Casino Guru treats violations of its Codex more seriously than admin delays.

I will gladly respond with screenshots and timestamps within the allocated period for response, as I would like first to read the operator response on the sister platform.

Dear salanat,

Thank you for your cooperation and for providing additional information regarding your complaint.

I understand your frustration, especially considering the significant amount of winnings involved and your expectations as an Obsidian VIP player.

However, as previously explained, Casino Guru does not intervene in disputes concerning VIP privileges, promotional offers, or requests for increased withdrawal limits. Our primary concern is ensuring that players receive their legitimate winnings in accordance with the casino's applicable terms and conditions.

According to the casino's published terms, the standard withdrawal limits are €5,000 per day, €10,000 per week, and €20,000 per month. Any exceptions granted to VIP players remain at the casino's discretion.

Based on your updates, the casino has already processed several withdrawals of €4,000. While we understand that you would prefer an accelerated payment schedule, we cannot require the casino to increase its established withdrawal limits.

Regarding the promotional missions, we agree that players should not be forced to gamble further to access their legitimate winnings. However, the information available does not establish that completing these missions is mandatory for withdrawals under the casino's standard limits.

As there is currently insufficient evidence that the casino is refusing to process your withdrawals in accordance with its published limits, we are unable to pursue this complaint further.

We will therefore close your complaint.

Please understand that this does not prevent you from submitting a new complaint if the casino subsequently refuses to process your withdrawals, exceeds its applicable withdrawal limits without justification, or makes further gambling a mandatory condition for receiving your winnings.

Thank you for your understanding. We sincerely hope that your remaining balance will be paid without further complications.

Best regards,

Jean
