Hi, I've been waiting for 7 months for my winnings to be paid out. It's been canceled twice already and then I didn't want to listen to the lies anymore, so I canceled my winnings payout myself. I also played and then wanted to try to withdraw them again (I fulfilled all the bonus conditions 6-7 months ago for the winnings I played with, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to withdraw the winnings). Now comes the bombshell: I want to withdraw, but it's not possible because I received a bonus this month that was defective and I couldn't play it through to the end. When I asked, they told me to delete it (there was no warning when I canceled). I did this and suddenly they linked my winnings from 6 months ago with the new, non-functioning bonus and my €1500 winnings were suddenly gone. When I asked, after a lot of back and forth, someone finally realized that there was a mistake. They promised to to take care of it immediately but unfortunately it has been 3 weeks and when I ask I have to explain everything again and again and the answer, yes it takes a while to check this, is starting to get on my nerves, first they make me wait 7 months and then they do this to me and I have the feeling that I will never get a single cent of my winnings anyway.

It would be nice if they could achieve something there

Hi, yes, I fulfilled all the bonus conditions 6 months ago and you can only withdraw then. The casino canceled it once and the other times I didn't feel like waiting any longer, but as I could still increase my winnings I withdrew them. I got the bonus in question on October 20, 2025 and I could only use 23 of the 25 free spins because the game was defective and in order to withdraw I had to delete it and, as I said, they simply linked the new bonus, which was defective, with my old winnings that I had been waiting for for so long and deleted it without warning. Attached are withdrawal requests and the supposed bonus that took my entire winnings of €1,500.
