I’d received a bonus of $18 that I luckily turned into $1200 I had met the wagering requirements and saw in my wallet that the bonus money had been converted into real money that I could withdraw, when trying to withdraw the money I was told no because I had an "active bonus" this I was not aware of found this bonus and cancelled it, attempt two at withdrawal they said no because of the active bonus, when I spoke to the support I was told to request the withdrawal again as no active bonus is showing on my account and was assured I had met the wagering requirement and it would not effect my withdrawal, when attempting for the third time I was told I could only win a certain amount and they deducted $1000 from my real money account, when I spoke to the support one of them claimed I had money "I wasn’t allowed"


so why would this money show in my REAL money account in the first place and let me withdraw just to be told I’m not allowed it, I feel totally misled and lied too by the staff who assured me my withdrawal would be a success. This is a technical error on slot lords behalf and needs to be resolved as they owe me that money I have screen shots of all the conversations.
