I played last time in this casino 4.4.2025 and used deposit bonus and all was just fine. I played and wagered bonus and made withdraw 800 euro. But today i tried to login to my casino account but it says that my account is disabled and no reason given??? Can you help me to get my pending 800 euro withdraw request. I have managed to do one withdraw 2/2025 and now i used their once in a month deposit bonus. Chat person told me that they are investigated some bonus abuse issue, but really dont nothing more. Suddenly they start today required from me selfie with my passport and i have sent that document to them, thus it seem to be very hard cause the wont accept my selfie pictures, there is always some problem??
