Got an email from the casino that my KYC has been fully verified. They told me the first withdrawal should be processed in 24 hours. That was on 17th June. Tried to reach out to the support, but they dont use human beings to answer you its just generic chat gpt 3.5 bots, claiming that they are human. Ive been scammed by "trusted" casinos before. And Im putting this out for my own safety. For me 1 million HUF ( 2744€ ) is a big sum.

I would like you to guys to help me resolve this please. If you guys want me to upload proof that they are using AI chatbots, im happy to upload the evidence.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by an internal investigation of your gameplay, a high volume of withdrawal requests, or payment provider issues.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your game history has been successfully checked, your withdrawal has been approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings within 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please let us know, and we will intervene and try to help you.

To my knowledge there is nothing wrong with my account, they have not contacted me since they fully verified my account. The support on the site is just a chatbot with the same copy pasted replies every time. And a quick question. Have you personally contacted me in email. Because I just got an email claiming its you and you need more information about me, and I'm 100% sure its not you.
