Case summary
The player from Germany had created two accounts at ShinyWilds due to technical issues, with the first account having a cancelled bonus. After depositing approximately €4,210.60 on the second account, he requested two sizeable withdrawals but was subjected to multiple identity verifications before his account was blocked and the withdrawals were cancelled. The casino cited a violation of terms regarding multiple accounts, leading the player to believe this was a pretext to withhold his winnings. The complaint was closed as unresolved because the casino failed to respond to mediation efforts in previous complaints. Consequently, no resolution was reached, and the casino's rating was negatively affected due to its lack of cooperation.

On June 16, 2026, I created a first account on ShinyWilds using my email [redacted]. I experienced technical issues with this account and was unable to activate the welcome bonus. Since there was no option to close or delete the first account on the platform, I created a second account using [redacted].
On the first account, a €500 bonus was credited automatically. I cancelled this bonus myself without playing it — this can be verified in the casino's system. Since then, I have played exclusively on the second account.
Between June 16 and 17, 2026, I deposited a total of approximately €4,210.60 on my second account. All deposits were accepted instantly without any verification.
On June 16, I requested a withdrawal of €3,500 and completed a first identity verification (KYC). On June 17, I requested a further withdrawal of €5,000 and was asked to verify my identity a second time. On June 18, I was asked to verify a third time — and within hours, my account was blocked and both withdrawals were cancelled.
The casino states the reason is a violation of their terms (section 5.10 – multiple accounts). I do not deny that two accounts existed, but the circumstances clearly show this was not an attempt to abuse the system.
I find it highly suspicious that nearly €4,210 in deposits were accepted without any checks, while €8,500 in withdrawals triggered three consecutive verification rounds followed by an immediate account closure. The timing strongly suggests the terms violation is being used as a pretext to withhold legitimate winnings.
I have screenshots of both withdrawal requests and the account closure email as evidence.

Dear Jean,
thank you for getting back to me. I am happy to provide further details.
1. Account creation and loss of access:
Yes, I created both accounts on the same day, June 16, 2026. However, only my second account was blocked — on June 18, 2026. My first account has not been blocked.
2. Deposits into the first account:
Yes, I deposited a total of approximately €570 into the first account — around €70 initially, and then €500 to claim the welcome bonus (deposit €500, receive up to €500 bonus). I lost the €500 deposit while playing. The €500 bonus was credited to the first account shortly after, but I cancelled it myself without playing it — this should be visible in the casino's system.
The reason I created the second account was that i had issues with that Bonus and it was not credited at first. i thought it was bugged and since it did not appear immediately on the first account after my €500 deposit. On the second account, the bonus was credited instantly. Within approximately two hours, I noticed the bonus had also been credited to the first account — but by then I had already created the second account. There was no option on the platform to close or delete the first account. As I was not aware of any other way to do so, I simply stopped using it and focused entirely on the second account.
Since then, I played exclusively on the second account, where I deposited approximately €4,210.60 in total and requested withdrawals of €3,500 and €5,000 — both of which were cancelled when my second account was blocked on June 18, 2026.
3. Correspondence:
I will forward all relevant correspondence and screenshots to jean.s@casino.guru shortly.'
4. Evidence:
I have screenshots of my deposits as evidence. Additionally, all transactions, account activity, and the withdrawal requests should be fully traceable in my account history and the casino's system. The account showed a clear and consistent playing history with regular deposits and withdrawals — nothing unusual or abusive.
5. Attachments:
I have attached the following documents to this email:
All email correspondence between myself and ShinyWilds
Screenshots of both pending withdrawal requests (€3,500 and €5,000)
The account closure notification received from the casino
6. Translation of German emails:
Since my first two emails to the casino were written in German, I have translated them below for your convenience:
Mail 1:
"Good afternoon, you have just blocked my account. I had problems with my account at the beginning, which is why I had to create a second one. I was unable to close the first account — there was no option to delete it on your website. I have been playing exclusively on this second account since then and have deposited over €4,000, putting myself in debt. If you block my account, you have no right to refuse my withdrawals. I will immediately file a police report and take all legal steps available to me. I do not wish to go down this path as I enjoy your platform. I can accept both losses and winnings. Please let me continue playing. Furthermore, it is very suspicious that deposits work instantly, I had to verify my identity three times, and yet you are refusing my withdrawal — this seems very suspicious to me. Please show understanding. I request immediate reactivation of my account and await my withdrawals, for which I have screenshots and evidence. Kind regards, Tufan Corak"
Mail 2:
"Dear Sir or Madam, I hereby object to the blocking of my account and the cancellation of my pending withdrawals. I do not deny that two accounts existed. However, the second account was created due to problems with the first account. Since creating the second account, I have used exclusively this account. I request that you inform me specifically: which actions on my part constitute the alleged violation; why the already requested withdrawals were cancelled; and on which specific regulation you base the withholding of my funds. Furthermore, I request a full review of my case and renewed processing of my pending withdrawals. Please confirm receipt of this message and provide me with your written response. Kind regards, Tufan Corak"
Mail 3:
I have a translation in the mail itself.
7. Additional note:
I would like to be transparent about my first two emails to the casino. Looking back, they were written in an emotional state and were not well thought through. My third email was more carefully composed with outside assistance. I want to make clear that my intention throughout has never been to deceive or abuse the system. I genuinely enjoyed this platform and simply want a fair resolution — I am willing to accept both losses and winnings as part of normal gameplay. The account issue at the beginning was an honest mistake, and I did not want to escalate the situation. I only wish to be treated fairly.
I hope this information helps to resolve my case.
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Tufan Corak

Dear tufanc,
We have received your email.
Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation; however, this one has 5+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue; however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for ShinyWilds Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in number. We strictly recommend staying away from ShinyWilds Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
Best regards,
Jean
