The player from Ireland won a no-deposit bonus from a promo code but was denied a withdrawal after meeting the wagering requirements. The casino claims he violated terms that required a deposit, leading to confiscation of his winnings.
I won a promo code from the site's Telegram channel—a no-deposit bonus that only required wagering the amount three times, in accordance with the site's terms and policies. However, when I met this requirement and tried to withdraw my winnings, they refused the payout, claiming I had violated the terms and that the bonus actually required a deposit before withdrawal. First of all, why call it a "no-deposit bonus"? Regardless, I was willing to make a deposit, but they confiscated and stole my funds. These are my winnings; even if such a rule did exist, they have no right to take my money under their own policies—this is theft.

This promo code was posted on their official Telegram channel. The only requirement was to wager three times the value of the promo code. However, when I met these conditions and tried to withdraw my funds, I was told that, according to the site's policy, there was also a deposit requirement. I told them, "No problem, I will make a deposit and then withdraw my money," but instead, they confiscated and stole it without any justification; there is no clause in their policy stating that players' funds can be confiscated.
Thanks for the explanation of the situation.
From my understanding, you are referring to the mandatory wagering of any deposit, not a particular bonus on the screenshot you shared.
Kindly provide more information about the bonus you activated and played, and any relevant communication addressed to you from the casino regarding the reasons for not paying you your winnings.
