Unjust confiscation of €576.69 winnings – no clear explanation provided


Hello Casino Guru Team,


I would like to file a complaint against Scibet regarding the confiscation of my winnings amounting to €576.69.


My withdrawal request was cancelled and my winnings were removed from my account based on an alleged breach of their Terms & Conditions (clause 12.10). However, I have not been provided with any clear, specific, or evidence-based explanation for this decision.


I have fully completed the verification process and submitted all required documents, including:


Valid identification document

Bank statement

Selfie verification



All documents are genuine. I have not used VPN, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or any other prohibited methods.


Despite this, the operator only provided generic statements referring to "security reasons" and "internal decision," without specifying the exact rule allegedly violated or presenting any supporting evidence.


I believe this decision is unfair and lacks transparency, as my winnings were confiscated without a clear justification.


What I am requesting:


A fair review of my case

Clear explanation of the exact alleged violation

Evidence supporting the confiscation decision

Reinstatement of my €576.69 winnings

I accumulated my winnings exclusively through sports betting.

I did not use any bonus, promotion, free bet, or welcome offer at any time. My winnings were accumulated only through regular bets using my own deposited funds.

To the best of my knowledge, no one from my household and no one using the same IP address has created or used an account at this casino.



I would also like to add that I completed their verification process and provided all requested genuine documents, including ID, selfie verification, and bank statement.


Despite this, my winnings (€576.69) were confiscated without any specific explanation or evidence.
