I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed and i do not see any reason for the delay since my account is fully verified.


In ToC it is stated that withdrawals are processed within 1-2 working days.

Nevertheless, such timeframe may be extended in the eventuality that We need to undertake any KYC procedures or additional verification on the withdrawal request or any other verification that in our sole discretion is required prior to effecting the necessary withdrawal.]


Since several users on Casinoguru seem to have issues with delayed payments I am now filling up this complaint.
