i have withdrawn from these a few times, but now the withdrawal is still sitting in progress, I’ve sent many mails to them asking why and what’s taking them so long but I’m getting no response. This should have been released to me by now.

got one message saying it’s a busy time and they are doing checks, but I’ve withdrawn many times so shouldn’t be and checks to be done.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Afternoon

no nothing received and it’s still sitting in progress, which is the first step before it then goes to progressing, before it’s then completed, never taken them this long before. And I’ve sent many mails to vip manager and support asking for update etc, but no communication whatsoever.

I responded to the mail from them saying said if there’s anything else they can help with then reach out. I have reached out saying where’s my withdrawal why is it taking so long, but no response, then get a mail saying Christmas bonus gift, replied to that asking about withdrawal and nothing.

tried to contact savanna through the vip manager and support, no response from them. Account is all verified and I’ve made many withdrawals before from these.

it seems they are just not processing it. As mentioned it’s still only in progress, it then has to go to processing before then completed which then is another wait for the funds.

· Could you let us know how long did your last successful withdrawal took to be processed?

· Which payment method did you choose to withdraw your winnings? Was it the same one you used previously?

· Could you please update us on the current status of your withdrawal request? Is it marked as pending or processed in your casino account? If possible, please upload a screenshot of your withdrawal history directly to this thread.

Hi, it’s taken about 7 working days previously,to be fully completed the last withdrawals have been by Bank transfer which is exactly the same as this one. So not sure why they keep saying extra checks etc.

Thought I’d let you know that still no communication from them and I’ve sent many emails, the status of the withdrawal is still in progress, which means nothing has happened with it, as it normally changes to progressing which means I’m unable to cancel it, so still at the first stage. Do you think you will be able to help me get this withdrawal? I requested the withdrawal on the 10th dec how can these guys get away with this, I mean is there license worth nothing? Look forward to hearing from you and really hope you can help. 🙏🏻

Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the casino's overall rating. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for Savanna Wins Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Savanna Wins Casino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
