I have $250 AUD in my account and despite their terms saying I should be able to withdraw via bank transfer they insist that I can only withdraw via crypto currency. I do not have or know how to use crypto. Their terms say if depositing via bank deposit then withdrawal can be the same. However after I put in a transfer request and lost half my winnings doing that. They then decided o can only withdraw using crypto methods.

When did you make your initial deposit and what method did you use? The deposit was made last year via visa debit card. I will check what date exactly when I get a chance.

Have you received any official communication from the casino regarding the withdrawal methods? I did receive communication via several emails back and forth. I can forward them to an email address if you have one.

What specific cryptocurrency withdrawal methods are they suggesting to you? Bitcoin. I know nothing about crypto currency so I cant tell you more then that.
