I deposited 200 AUD into my royal reels 7 account, and then the money was not received. I tried again with 50 AUD to see if there was some kind of error and again the money was not received. When I went into ‘transaction history’ to see what was going on, it shows that there are 3 transaction pending. One for the 50 AUD, one for the 200 AUD, and another for 200 AUD which I did not do. I checked my bank account, and 250 AUD total were withdrawn- however nothing has been received onto my royal reels account.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
