Roospin.vip is scamming me and not bothering to even pretend to care with one generic we need to verify message, they aren't processing my withdraw or answering me in chat keeping my withdraw in (processing) so I can cancel and loose all the money or they can just take it if I walk' now got me wondering how many other players they do this too and how greedy of them they would make a lot off people's losses im sure they don't need to scam

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings within 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please let us know, and we will intervene and try to help you.
