I signed up and bought a few gold packages to see what they were like. I had some winnings and made withdraw requests to hide to winnings from myself so I could keep track of my bank roll. I wasn't actually able to withdraw because I hadn't yet been able to verify my identity with them.


Soon after I was locked out of my account with no explanation and after multiple attempts in trying to contact them still haven't heard anything back.


Their phone line number is disconnected and so its impossible to talk to a real human about this issue.


All this occured within 24 hours of my first deposit with the casino and I'm unsure what to do about it.


The lack of communication about this is frustrating as I don't believe I had done anything wrong and if I did they havent told me what it was.


I need that money or at the very least my deposit values and forego the winnings (I was marginally in profit). It's left a bitter taste in my mouth and I'm very disappointed with the situation I'm in
