Had you completed verification before you lost access to the account? Yes, i completed vertification before my money withdrawal was frozen, and after they asked to do it again, and i completed full KYC once again, but after they accepted everything still nothing else happened, money still stuck and later they disabled my account as well.

Were your winnings accumulated while a bonus was active, or without an active bonus? Everything was won without bonus.

If your account was blocked after placing only sports bets, it’s likely the casino detected activity that prompted that decision.
