The player from Ireland has his account blocked by Rollbit without any explanation, resulting in one withdrawal of 5+ SOL and 260 USDT being inaccessible. After completing the KYC process and a selfie, he was logged out, and the support team claimed he broke the terms and conditions.

Rollbit accounts blocked one withdrawal of 5+ SOL with 260 USDT still left in the account, so a total of 600 USDT.


They asked to complete the KYC and selfie which I successfully completed, then after 12 hours they logged me out without any explanation. Their Live chat said that I broke the T&C.


This scam casino should give me a clear explanation of reason not some abstract scripted messages. Until then, they are just scammers. I can't believe a casinos with millions in revenue monthly can steal so easy 600usdt, maybe they will buy more brain cells for their trash support team.


This happened on 15-16 July 2026, didn't use any bonuses and was just playing blackjack. Didn't even win anything and they just blocked my money. I hope they go bankrupt asap, this scamming company with the license in a one apartment bedroom somewhere in Belize or Curacao shouldn't even exist.


Scammers give me the exact reason why my account was blocked together with my money, I hope faze clan will lose all the tournament with such a trash sponsor.
