I submitted the withdrawal on 25.09.2025 for 400, and it was showing as "pending" for several days. However, I was surprised to find that it was later cancelled without notification or reason provided. I have double-checked my account, and there are no messages or emails explaining the cancellation. I then requested half the funds (200) on the 3rd and they are still pending. The casino just keeps saying there is a delay but have provided no info on why it was cancelled or when it will actually be sent.


I have met all wagering and verification requirements, and my account is fully verified. Therefore, there should be no reason for this delay or cancellation and I have previously had a withdrawal.
