Back in April, I was playing a game that id never played. I do that often online. I got a few small wins, around 1 to 3 dollars. Then I finally landed a decent hit with a bonus that said I won 18 and some change on the spins I got for free. My balance was low enough at this point that I was relieved to have had the big win, but the game did not pay. I have never had any problems with this site before. Using it over 2 years. I have received a run around about reimbursement for this slot. It's 30 dollars. I had an open ticket for it put in by live chat. I have sent numerous emails. Im always told it is creator of the game that is responsible and they are"trying to resolve it" i have asked a dozen times for them to give me a SET TIME that is reasonable to wait. Now they are not answering at all.

Have you stopped playing right after the incident?
