The player from Latvia has their account deactivated after providing all necessary verification information, preventing them from withdrawing their winnings. They have attempted to contact support but have not received a response.
I was giving all the information for my account verification, and then they just deactivated my account with no info or anything, so I was able to play, win, and as soon as I would be able to withdraw my account gets suspended.
i wrote to support email, but no answer from them!

Dear Casino Guru Team,
Following a detailed investigation, we identified that this player created 62 separate accounts using the same IP Adress. The $5 No Deposit Bonus was claimed on every one of these accounts, while NO DEPOSIT was made from any of them.
This is a clear and deliberate case of multiple-account bonus abuse. Our promotion terms explicitly state:
"Multiple accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended." DETAILS.
The player knowingly violated this rule by repeatedly creating new accounts solely to claim the same no-deposit bonus. Therefore, all associated accounts were suspended, and any winnings generated through this abuse were voided in accordance with the promotion terms.
It is particularly concerning that the player has filed a complaint while omitting the existence of the other 62 accounts and presenting the suspension as if it occurred simply because an ID was submitted.
We can provide evidence of all linked accounts to the Casino Guru team upon request. Considering the clear violation and intentional bonus abuse, we respectfully request that this complaint be rejected and closed.
Best regards,
Reybets
Dear Anotized,
Thank you for your patience.
The casino has informed us that, according to their investigation, 62 accounts were created using the same IP address and that the $5 No Deposit Bonus was claimed on each of these accounts.
Could you please confirm whether this information is true? Have you created or used any other accounts at Reybets Casino besides the account involved in this complaint?
Please be aware that if you deny these allegations, we will proceed with the investigation and may request supporting evidence from both you and the casino in order to determine what occurred.
Thank you very much in advance for your cooperation. I look forward to your reply.
