Mixed feelings about Reels.io.


Until this issue happened, my experience with Reels.io had honestly been very good. Over time I made many deposits and withdrawals without problems, had some great wins, and both the support team and my VIP manager always treated me professionally. Previous crypto withdrawals were usually processed very quickly, often within just a few hours.


However, this time the experience has been extremely disappointing.


I currently have a withdrawal of 349 USDC pending since 15/05/2026 at 01:55, and it has now been around 5 days without processing, despite my account being fully verified.


Support keeps telling me that "additional verification" is being performed and that "everything is in order," but they cannot provide any concrete reason for the delay or any estimated timeframe for payment.


What concerns me even more is that I noticed I apparently am not the only player experiencing this exact same problem. I found other recent reviews from verified users reporting crypto withdrawals remaining pending for several days and vague responses from support.


I completely understand that security and AML checks may occasionally be necessary. However, the casino’s own Terms and Conditions state that withdrawals should normally be processed within 24 hours after account verification. In my case, that timeframe has already been exceeded by several days.


Due to the lack of transparency and the continued delay, I have now also opened a formal dispute with AskGamblers regarding this withdrawal.


I sincerely hope Reels.io resolves this situation quickly because, until now, I genuinely considered it one of the better crypto casinos I had used.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
