I redeemed $400 on March 1. Normally only takes a few hrs to get my funds. It’s going on 3 days and no response from their end. They said it takes 4 days to get a response back just for a basic question. My previous redemptions have only taken a few hrs. If I knew they were making you wait 30 days, I wouldn’t have kept my money. I need my redemption so I can add them to my blocklist. They used to be a great casino. Not anymore. So many others are complaining about the same thing. I would have never agreed to play here if I knew redemptions would take 30days. I really want to dispute all of my transactions from this site.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
