Hello,
I would like to file a complaint against Razed Casino regarding the unreasonable delay in my Source of Wealth / Level 4 verification.
I successfully completed all previous verification stages, including identity and address verification. However, after that, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, the casino requested additional documents for Source of Wealth verification.
I provided an official bank statement showing incoming transactions from Winline, which are one of the sources of my personal savings, as well as a statement from the cryptocurrency exchange Whitebird, where my account is verified in my name. The bank documents and Whitebird transaction history allow the movement of funds between the exchange and the same bank card/account to be traced.
Therefore, I have provided documents confirming the sources and movement of my funds. If necessary, I am also willing to provide additional evidence regarding specific transactions.
On October 2, Razed stated that the document I had previously provided was accepted as a supplementary document but was insufficient to complete Level 4, and requested additional Source of Wealth documentation. As examples, the casino mentioned the last two payslips or a bank statement showing salary/income entries for the previous two months.
I explained to the casino that I am currently officially unemployed and therefore cannot provide payslips. At the same time, I had already provided bank and cryptocurrency documents supporting the source and movement of my funds.
Despite this, Razed has not explained what exactly is insufficient in the documents I provided and has continued to respond with generic template messages.
I understand the need for KYC/AML checks and I am willing to cooperate. However, the casino has not explained what specific information is missing or what documents I need to provide given that I am unemployed.
I would also like to point out that my initial deposit at Razed was approximately $60 and was made around 9 months ago. With a current balance of around $700, I do not understand how a requirement to prove recent income is relevant to the source of the funds used for that deposit.
I ask Casino Guru to help obtain a specific explanation from Razed Casino as to exactly what documents or information are required to complete my verification.
