Rakebit recently informed me that they have decided to permanently close my account due to an alleged violation of their Terms of Use.
My account balance is approximately 2,400 USDT, including 400 USDT of my own deposits and 2,000 USDT in winnings.
In their email, they simply copied a long section of their terms listing various violations, including fraud, collusion, multiple accounts, third-party software and strategies aimed at obtaining unfair winnings.
However, they did not specify which rule I supposedly violated or provide any evidence of wrongdoing.
They also referred to a rule allowing them to suspend all payouts. This makes me concerned that they intend to confiscate my entire balance, including my original deposit.
I find it unacceptable that a casino can accuse a player of fraudulent activity without even explaining what the player allegedly did wrong.
I would like Casino Guru to investigate this case and help me recover my full balance of 2,400 USDT.
