Hi, I am an honest and decent gambler who played at the casino, committed Astafiev and used this platform for 12 months, but this morning an incident occurred. I received a message that my account was blocked because I put my money on withdrawal two days ago, that is, on November 15, after another winning bet, well, you still don't remember the amount, but it was something-I waited around 190 dollars for my choice for about two days, and this morning I received a message that my account was blocked, allegedly I violated the rules and suspected fraud. When the support service contacted me and asked for my deposit and my winnings to be refunded, they told me that I violated the rules, although I did not violate the wrong rules, I had a dialogue with them. I didn't study because they forbade me to write to the support service. I'm attaching a screenshot. Please help me figure out this situation because I'm an honest player and I want justice.
