Despite contacting the VIP manager, he remained without information regarding his withdrawal status. The player’s verification was repeatedly rejected due to the casino's demand for personal data on his Trust Wallet screenshot, which technically could not be provided. We contacted the casino multiple times without success, and since the casino operated without a valid license or ADR service, the complaint was marked as unresolved. The unresolved status might have negatively affected the casino's rating, but no further resolution was possible without the casino's cooperation.
