On May 3, 2026, I played three final Plinko rounds using USDC on my account (username: Zero2Hero).

These were my last three bets of the session:

- Bet ID 69f7b2e164a062bb3cfcd4a2 — stake $5.40042303, multiplier x2.00, payout +$10.8008460

- Bet ID 69f7b2e964a062bb3cfcd4ab — stake $5.40042303, multiplier x2.00, payout +$10.8008460

- Bet ID 69f7b2ea64a062bb3cfcd4ad — stake $5.40042303, multiplier x0.20, payout +$1.08008460

My starting balance was $11.8809306 USDC.

Correct calculation: $11.8809306 - $16.20126909 + $22.6817766 = $18.36

Actual balance after all three bets: $11.88 — completely unchanged.

I reported this issue to Qzino support and contacted 6 different agents over 5+ days (Mary, Mia, Monica, Ava, Elizabeth, Emma). On May 7, 2026, one agent confirmed in writing that "a temporary balance display issue may occur during fast Plinko gameplay." They then offered a $30 bonus but refused to provide any transaction log or mathematical explanation for how the balance remained unchanged.

Their final response claims everything is correct — without showing a single line of math. I also have a notification from May 8 at 13:42 showing "25.46 USDC credited to your game balance" but USDC balance shows $0.00.

I demand: A full transaction log for these three Bet IDs from their server database, and $6.48 credited to my USDC balance.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Qzino Casino.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions so I can better understand the situation.

  • Have you requested your game history records from the support, confirming your balance fluctuations? What response have you received?
  • Would you be able to share evidence confirming what your balance was before the last 3 bets took place?
  • Could you please share with me your communication with the casino regarding the issue? Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at tomas@casino.guru, or post screenshots here. Make sure to include the casino's justifications or relevant explanation.

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas

Hi Thomas,

I would like to update my case with an official response to Qzino's explanation, as well as add another strong piece of evidence from this weekend (May 16, 2026) that shows this is a recurring, systematic error on their platform.

Here is the full rundown of both cases that I want us to investigate together:

ACCIDENT 1: Session on May 3, 2026 (Plinko)

Qzino support claimed in their email that my starting balance before the last three bets was 5.40 USDC. This is a fabrication that falls flat when you look at the transaction history (see attached image).

The mathematical proof against the casino's lie:

Look at the fourth round from the bottom in the image (Timestamp 22:40:58). There I made a bet of 9.99960001 USDC which landed at x0.20 and paid out 1.99992000 USDC.

This left my actual balance at exactly ~10.80 USDC just before my ending sequence started.

Since I had 10.80 USDC in my account, I was able to send two Plinko balls one after the other with a stake of 5.40042303 USDC each (Timestamps 22:41:05 and 22:41:13).

If the casino's claim that my balance was 5.40 USDC had been true, the system would have blocked my second ball with the error message "Insufficient Funds". You cannot put a total of 10.80 USDC into active games if your balance is only 5.40 USDC.

The correct calculation for May 3:

Starting balance: ~10.80 USDC

Bet 1 (22:41:05): Stake -5.40 USDC | Win x2.00 | Payout: +10.80 USDC

Bet 2 (22:41:13): Stake -5.40 USDC | Win x2.00 | Payout: +10.80 USDC

Bet 3 (22:41:14): Stake -5.40 USDC | Win x0.20 | Payout: +1.08 USDC

Total stakes: 16.20 USDC

Total payouts: 22.68 USDC

Correct ending balance: 10.80 (Start) − 16.20 (Bet) + 22.68 (Win) = 17.28 USDC

The casino's system left my balance at 11.88 USDC. So they completely missed adding the winnings from one of my x2 hits because their wallet system (Wallet API) was lagging when I was playing quickly.

Tomas, what makes this so serious is that the casino always defends itself by saying that "everything looks correct on paper" and that the games are "fair". But the fault lies not in the randomness of the Plinko wheel, but in their Wallet API (wallet synchronization). When playing Plinko at a fast pace, their server does not have time to update the balance in real time between balls. Microfreezes and lags occur. It's a matter of a few dollars here and a few dollars there that are systematically "forgotten" and never credited to the balance when the session is closed.

For a player who plays hundreds or thousands of rounds, these "small amounts" eventually become huge amounts of money that just disappear into the ether without leaving a trace in the visible transaction log. That's why I demand a full second-by-second server audit and not just generic standard responses. Qzino's backend system underpays its players when the pressure on the server gets too high.

ACCIDENT 2: New evidence from this weekend (May 16, 2026)

To prove that this is not a one-off incident, my account (Username: Zero2Hero) was hit by the exact same balance bug this weekend during an extended session of 21 Plinko games. This time I have documented everything in a full PDF report.

Here is the mathematical summary for this weekend's session:

Starting balance: 32.55669160 USDC

Total Bets (Wagered): 73.97807175 USDC

Total payouts (Payout): 68.98500352 USDC

Mathematically correct ending balance: 27.56362337 USDC

My game balance froze again on their server and stopped updating, leaving me with only 21.75960690 USD visible in the account.

This is a separate difference of exactly 5.80401647 USDC. I have attached the entire 30 page PDF report ("BullshitQzino.pdf") which contains all 21 unique Bet IDs for this session.

This new case completely refutes Qzino's argument that it's just a "one-second delay." Their system systematically underpays players during active sessions.

I demand that Qzino be forced to produce the raw database logs for both of these gaming sessions and correct my balance with the money that has disappeared in their system error.

Kind regards,

Zero2Hero

Thanks for your reply.

Do you not accept the conclusion that the discrepancy was caused by bets not reflecting on your balance immediately?

Please let me know.
