I think it’s pretty self-explanatory from all the screenshots that I just played the game. I bet it from my two dollars up to I had three or four $50 bets that’s when I was at around 2000 and for some reason they reckon I was illegally betting and broke their rules which is just a joke I didn’t do any illegal betting. I just played the game they just don’t wanna pay

i played without any bonuses at all so the $50 bets had no active bonus and I actually won nothing from the $50 bets my best win I think was $670 off a $5 bet

no they haven’t not for lack of me asking mind you I have so many screenshots and also all my gameplay for winning the money

They still have not provided any kind of reason as to how I broke any rules and only provided 2 responses from a manager, I don’t think they have a reason it’s just bogus. Also I have all the game play from playing I don’t want them to get away with this

Cheers I have been asking that for days they won’t give an explanation at all they were happy to process it to start then changed there mind, as I have said to them I have read there rules and every inch of there website to my knowledge or lack of I didn’t violate any regulations or rules I certainly didn’t do any illegal betting as first stated. I played the same as I would always play probably why I rarely win anything but finally luck goes my way and I get denied. I have never had a problem with withdrawals before at other sites so I would really like to know what’s going on as certainly don’t want this problem if I ever get a decent withdrawal again that’s for sure.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
