QuickCasino - Player’s withdrawal has been delayed.

I played at quickcasino and won 10,000 SEK, which I withdrew. I made both the deposit and the withdrawal via Swish. I did not use any bonus. I have now been waiting for 3 days for my withdrawal. Customer service claims that it has been sent from their end but that there are delays with Swish payments? I contacted the bank, and they said there are no issues.

Swish payments are processed immediately once the sender approves them. They are trying to scam me out of my money!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

I haven't had to submit any documents or anything at all. They have not demanded it. Withdrawals via Swish should take a few minutes according to the bank. Have even contacted the bank to find out if they had any delays with swish and they haven't. Casinoyät claims that the withdrawal is processed and paid out but that they have delays with swish. And now they claim to contact the finance department to investigate. I've read lots of reviews where people wrote that they don't get the withdrawals.
